How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly septic provider talking with a homeowner in a front yard in St. Jacob

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Dfwnbc Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Dfwnbc Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing. The usual first step is to bring it up with the provider yourself. Keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Dfwnbc Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@dfwnbc.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
